Fuel your body
“There ain’t no such thing as a free lunch.”
Every choice has a cost—including what you eat.
Modern nutrition is confusing by design. Processed foods dominate shelves. Added sugars are everywhere. Highly engineered products make convenience easy and discipline difficult.
The result? Energy crashes, excess weight, inflammation, and long-term health problems that don’t happen overnight—but build quietly.
You can’t out-train a poor diet.
If you want strength, clarity, and resilience, start with the basics:
Prioritize whole foods.
Emphasize quality protein.
Stay properly hydrated.
Sleep and recover well.
Manage stress intentionally.
Fitness begins in the kitchen.
I personally eat an animal-based diet: the base being "if it had a mother I can eat it": all kinds of meat, fish, and eggs for protein, and cheese, heavy cream and coconut oil in my coffee for healthy fats. My carbs come mainly from homemade sourdough bread products, fresh fruit, and raw honey.
