Fuel your body

“There ain’t no such thing as a free lunch.”

Every choice has a cost—including what you eat.

Modern nutrition is confusing by design. Processed foods dominate shelves. Added sugars are everywhere. Highly engineered products make convenience easy and discipline difficult.

The result? Energy crashes, excess weight, inflammation, and long-term health problems that don’t happen overnight—but build quietly.

You can’t out-train a poor diet.

If you want strength, clarity, and resilience, start with the basics:

  • Prioritize whole foods.

  • Emphasize quality protein.

  • Stay properly hydrated.

  • Sleep and recover well.

  • Manage stress intentionally.

Fitness begins in the kitchen.

I personally eat an animal-based diet: the base being "if it had a mother I can eat it": all kinds of meat, fish, and eggs for protein, and cheese, heavy cream and coconut oil in my coffee for healthy fats. My carbs come mainly from homemade sourdough bread products, fresh fruit, and raw honey.

Why Most Electrolytes Fail

Sports drinks are designed for comfort, not performance.

Most formulas contain:

  • excess sugar or questionable sweeteners

  • weak sodium levels

  • artificial dyes

  • attention-grabbing flavors like "tropical explosion" or "electric green apple", making it more like candy than a functional drink

Work-Grade was built differently. I wanted to make something functional and excellent, and that the common, tough and health-conscious man would be proud to use.

Who This is for

Construction workers

Tradesmen

Hunters

Strength athletes

Landscapers

Firefighters

Law Enforcement

Military service members

...and yet...

it's as effective for the desk working men as those in the field. We are humans, and humans need hydration, whether your job is your workout or you hit the office gym at 5.

Ingredient Function

Sodium → replaces sweat loss and drives water absorption

Potassium → supports cellular electrolyte balance

Magnesium → supports muscular and metabolic function

Glucose → activates sodium transport and improves water uptake

Real fruit → adds a touch of flavor for those who want it.

FAQs

Why the simple flavors?

Sometimes the simplest things are the best, and I believe that hyper-complex formulas colored to look like an neon toad are not ideal for most men's goals. My research into Oral Rehydration Systems (ORS) led me to realize you can do a lot with a little, so I kept it simple. With a max of five ingredients.

What about Unflavored?

Some folks like their coffee black, and some folks like their water to taste like water. The flavors are just enough to make one happy, but not so much that you get sick of it. If you don't even want a taste in your drink, no big deal: unflavored is balanced to taste like regular water, and testers have called it "richer" and "smoother" by comparison.

Why 32oz serving size?

Because a man looking to stay hydrated is going to need more than one 16oz bottle, so I thought to build the formula around a higher water intake. The body is around 70% water, and as the electrolytes aid absorption instead of passthrough and dilution of existing electrolytes, drink up! If you prefer 16oz bottles for convenience, just use half of the included scoop to keep the same concentration.

Do I need to be an athlete or someone with a physical job to use this?

Absolutely not! Hydration is key to all living things, so unless you're dead at your desk (hello, Monday), you need it too. Besides, once you feel the hydration take place, you'll likely head to the gym anyway. Several of the testers I recruited said they felt refreshed and ready to work out within minutes of consumption, so it may be the same for you as well! Drink up and get to work!
