About the logo
There are many things that make a man, but this mission focuses on five specific things that have the most significant impact:
Firstly and top of logo is faith. Christ is King, and the man who lives accordingly will find his faith, his mindset, and his relationships properly guided and managed.
Fitness is on the left, as the body is a reflection of what happens in the mind. A fit body demonstrates discipline, sacrifice, and good stewardship; all of which are elements of a good man.
Nutrition is on the right, as what a man puts in his body will directly impact his physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Finance is on the bottom, not because it is least important, but because it is a baseline tool. If a man has his finances down, he has a good foundation from which to build business, charity, and legacy.
The core of the logo is a crossed arrow and rifle cartridge: the old and the new. The look of a man may change, but his motivations should not: provision and protection are two charges assigned to men that must be maintained. There are many variants of gear and weaponry that can assist, so choose a configuration and be prepared.
The name reminds you that life requires warfare, and as a man you must be fit for combat in the various fields of battle.
About Me
A life of varied work, hard-earned lessons, and a drive to do things well led to the creation of Fit For The Fight.
I’ve worked in multiple fields, pursued demanding hobbies, and studied what builds strong men. Along the way, I’ve watched discipline fade and purpose grow blurry for many young men who know they’re meant for more—but aren’t sure how to step into it.
Previous generations answered hard calls without hesitation. Today, many are told to soften, shrink, or settle. I believe men are called to something stronger.
The topics here reflect what I’ve found essential to living well: faith, physical strength, financial discipline, and practical capability. What I teach or recommend is either lived, learned from men I respect, or studied deeply enough to stand behind.
I’m one man. But I stand among many who believe that strength, responsibility, and Christ-centered living still matter.
If you want to build that kind of life—welcome.
Let’s get to work.
P.S. When you work with me on whatever project we undertake, you get access not just to skills, but a mindset of precision, care, and excellence. I've been put here to do a great job, and my reviews will attest to my living up to that charge. See some of them below and click the button to see more.
