It is quite easy to fall into the typical influencer-esque "this is the only way to do it" mentality. I will do my best not to do that here. Through my time and experimentation I have learned that the body is a complex and miraculous engine, and that not everything is as easy as we've been told. This doesn't override our responsibility to do well, but can allow some grace for the difficult-to-abide complexities of our God-made frames.
This is a place where I will talk about physiology in the most well-researched ways I may. I will cite studies where possible and provide personal evidence as well so this doesn't entirely read like a textbook. These findings are to be considered elements of your own research and health status, not blanket medical recommendations. If you have a condition that presents a danger to you with findings or advice given here, be smart and consider it twice.
